Interlinking Your Posts With WordPress Feature You May Have Missed
If you are using the latest version of WordPress, it is definitely WordPress 3.3.1 However, I have one question for you; do you know all the features of your WordPress?
Start from WordPress 3.0, there are a lot of major features that have been introduced. Without check out your WordPress in-depth, you have probably missed a lot of handy features that make complex things easy.
Do you know without using plugin, you can interlink your blog posts to one another?

I am sure you have clicked on the anchor link icon to link word or phases that you have selected to other websites and articles. Whenever you click on the icon, one simple pop up will appear.

However, this type of pop up will only appear if you do not use TinyMCE Advanced plugin with your site. If you use the plugin, the old type of pop up will appear.
For most of the time, you will use the upper section of this pop up. But if you want to link with your existing post in easier way, you have to use lower section on the pop up.


There are two options that you can choose from; recent blog posts or by typing in search box and Ajaxed search results will appear.
Once you have decided the post that you want to link with the selected word or phrase, select the post title and then click “Add Link” button.
